Filing a complaint
In order to file a complaint, follow the steps below:
 
1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.
 
2. Setting the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
 
3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:
TQMS sp. z o.o. warehouse, Karwowo Duchowne 2, 09-470 Bodzanów
 
Attention! You can also contact our Customer Service Office, then we will pick up the advertised product from you.
 
Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days (for individual customers) to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:
 TQMS sp. z o.o. warehouse, Karwowo Duchowne 2, 09-470 Bodzanów
 
For the package with the statement and returned product / products, please also include all accessories received with them and a receipt or invoice.
